Hawcreek Township is one of twelve townships in Bartholomew County, Indiana, United States. As of the 2010 census, its population was 3,905 and it contained 1,537 housing units.

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 37.23 square miles (96.4 km2), of which 37.09 square miles (96.1 km2) (or 99.62%) is land and 0.15 square miles (0.39 km2) (or 0.40%) is water.
